Product Information
All product pictures, specifications and information on this website are for reference only. The final product shall be subject to the confirmed PI and sales contract. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee there will be no errors. 中文：网站所有产品图片、参数仅供参考，最终产品以双方确认 PI 及销售合同为准。我们尽力保证信息准确，但不保证完全无误。
Quotation & Price
All quotations are valid for a limited time. Product prices may change due to raw material fluctuations. Final price is confirmed on PI. Prices do not include sea freight, import duties and local taxes at destination. 中文：所有报价有效期有限，产品价格会随原材料波动调整，最终价格以 PI 为准。报价不含海运费、目的港进口关税及地方税费。
Samples
Free samples can be provided. The buyer shall bear all shipping costs for samples. Sample performance is for testing reference only. Mass production follows the agreement of both parties. 中文：可提供免费样品，样品运费由买方承担。样品性能仅作测试参考，大批量生产按照双方约定执行。
Orders & Payment
An order becomes effective only after the signed PI and deposit are received. We accept T/T and irrevocable sight L/C. 中文：订单以收到签署 PI 和定金后方可生效。我们接受电汇 T/T 以及不可撤销即期信用证。
Production & Delivery
Production lead time is estimated. The delivery time may be affected by raw material supply, logistics and force majeure. 中文：生产交期为预估时间，交货周期可能受原材料供应、物流以及不可抗力因素影响。
Shipping, Customs and Duties
The buyer is responsible for sea freight, destination customs clearance, import duties and all related charges. 中文：海运费、目的港清关、进口关税以及所有相关费用，均由买方承担。
Quality Inspection & Claims
The buyer shall inspect goods promptly after receiving the cargo. Any quality claim must be submitted within the agreed time with photos and videos as evidence. We are not liable for losses caused by the buyer’s secondary processing. 中文：买方收货后须及时验货。任何质量异议必须在约定时限内提交，并附带照片视频证据。我方不承担客户二次加工产生的损失。
Intellectual Property
All texts, images and content on this website belong to Shandong Henghui. No unauthorized copying or use is allowed. 中文：本站所有文字、图片内容版权归山东恒辉所有，禁止未经授权复制和使用。
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. 中文：我方不承担因使用产品带来的间接损失、附带损失。

These terms are governed by the laws of China. Any dispute shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the court where the seller is located. 中文：本条款适用中国法律。所有争议优先友好协商；协商不成，提交卖方所在地法院诉讼解决。
