The 12mm aluminum spacer bar is one of the most popular and high-demand models in the production of insulating glass. It is a standard production model for all material factories, available in both bendable and non-bendable types.
For fully automatic bending machines:
Higher requirements are needed. The single-side wall thickness of the bendable aluminum spacer bar must be guaranteed to be above 0.33mm to ensure a stable and precise bending rate.
For semi-automatic bending machines:
The requirements are relatively more flexible. You can choose wall thicknesses of 0.25mm, 0.28mm, or 0.30mm. This offers a higher cost-performance ratio and works exceptionally well when used with corner keys (straight connectors). For optimal sealing performance, it can also be paired with our Molecular Sieve Desiccant for Insulated Glass.
