Aluminum Spacer Bar (4A–75A)
We produce a full range of high-frequency welded aluminum spacer bars (4A–75A), widely used in residential window IGUs, commercial curtain walls, and structural glazing systems. Both bendable and non-bendable types are available, with multiple wall thickness options and surface treatments. Custom color matching for aluminum spacer bars and warm edge spacer bars is supported according to international color palettes to suit different sealing systems.
Two-Component Silicone Sealant
Our two-component silicone sealant is designed for the secondary sealing of insulating glass. It is highly compatible with aluminum spacer bar systems, offering consistent curing performance and excellent adhesion in workshop environments. Additionally, our sealant is formulated to adapt well to regional temperature variations; its skin-forming time and sealing performance remain stable in both hot summer and severe winter conditions.
Butyl Tape & Primary Sealing
We supply butyl tape for primary sealing, matched to the dimensions and specific application requirements of aluminum spacer bars. Various formulations and width specifications are available to accommodate different spacer profiles and workshop temperature ranges. We also produce hot-melt butyl rubber. While most modern butyl extruders support 180mm diameter butyl rubber, we continue to supply and update 160mm diameter butyl rubber to support older equipment models.
Warm Edge Spacer Bar
We specialize in stainless steel warm edge spacer bars and PP (polypropylene) warm edge spacer bars. Standard sizes range from 5.5A to 26.5A, with support for custom specifications. When order quantities meet requirements, we offer free mold development.
